Matt Compton Matt is the lead Cinematographer and heads up the camera and studio departments at PUNCH. At PUNCH everyone wears many hats, and Matt brings a unique diversity of experiences to our team. (We never frown on anyone being overly qualified in as many areas as possible.) In addition to his excellent eye for cinema arts, Matt brings his past experiences as a photographer, carpenter and system designer. Matt is an FAA certified drone Pilot. He received his degree in Fine Art Photography from Ball State with an additional emphasis in video art and furniture making. Matt worked in the world of commercial photography collaborating with photographers and agency creatives across the midwest.
Matt will occasionally allow himself some free time and enjoys traveling, photography, art, architecture, design and creating custom wood furniture, which upon further reflection sounds like he is still at work.
