PUNCH Films is housed in a 40,000-square-foot turn-of-the-century brick print house. We’ve built two stages; a 3,000 sq foot studio with a 60’ corner cyc and an 800 sq foot state perfect for custom sets, interviews, product shoots, and video casts. Additionally, we have over 20,000 sq feet of wide open warehouse space available for long-term use or elaborate set construction. The studios and ground floor spaces are accessible by garage and we have freight elevator access to the second floor. 

We have ample space set aside for set storage, prop storage, on-site construction, access to studio water and drainage, meeting rooms, production offices, wifi, and plenty of space to “step away” for a moment during a busy shoot day. Our cyc wall is typically white but can be painted any color. 

Although we are not a traditional rental house, we make much of our lighting and grip equipment available for our studio rental clients. We stock plenty of stands, sandbags, grip, and electric as well as an assortment of Aputure lighting, Arri Sky Panels, and Cream Source soft lights. Please inquire ahead to find out what we have on hand to offer. 

We are a great option for traveling film crews who rent our space for production offices, a shipping address (we can receive your equipment shipments and easily store them until you arrive), and general backup support sourcing crew, locations, helping with permits and hospitality, and more than likely having that pesky piece of gear that didn’t arrive in the shipment. We travel as well and understand the need for a reliable and capable location partner.
